Our Team
Brian Schumann - CEO
Brian has been involved in the commercial land development and real estate business for two decades and has been involved in multiple start up companies that are still growing today. After starting a large telecommunications company that ended up serving the entire eastern and western slopes of Colorado in the 1980’s, Brian wanted to diversify and began looking at land development as a lucrative avenue for success. Starting in the world of express tunnel car washes in the early days of his commercial development career, Brian has since ventured into flex warehouses, self-storage and residential build to rent products. All this garnered experience has given Brian a vast knowledge of what a successful project looks like and what it takes to get there from both the financial side to the construction side of the project.

Working alongside Brian for almost all his career, Cody has developed an extensive knowledge of the financial area of commercial real estate as well as the construction world. Cody graduated from Colorado State University in 2005 with a degree in Construction Management and began working in the telecommunications construction industry but wanted to expand into the commercial sector. This ultimately steered him in the direction of starting a general construction company in 2019 alongside Brian and Cory, BCC Builders. Since then, the company has successfully constructed projects across the commercial spectrum from express car wash tunnels to commercial flex warehouses. Having the ability to see the entire process of a commercial land development project, from the initial land acquisition to the final phases of construction, has given Cody the experience and confidence to provide a turnkey commercial product that is both profitable and built correctly.

We have the whole package in house! We have the experience to be able to cut though the fluff, the marketing and actually distill it down to what it really is. Does it make sense, and if it does, let's put it under contract and let’s go.
Never get a head of ourselves.
That’s not to say that we shouldn’t be aggressive in the way that we approach a particular market or project. It does mean that every decision we make is well thought out and calculated.
Never let making money be the only priority to your thought processes.
Projects that are well thought out with a solid business case behind them will make money as a result of the thought and effort that was put into the project at the beginning.
Don’t kill the goose that laid the Golden Egg.
A person that thinks he or she has figured out the system or figured out the market will end up severely disappointed. That seems like something that should be very obvious but letting an attitude like that creep in to your decision making process will result failure. It takes constant reminding of what made the company successful and stick with that mindset. Do not let greed get in the way of success.
